Down and Back Football Game
Down and Back Football game is played by running with a football to a predetermined line. The player places the ball at the line, leaves it there, the player than runs back, and tags his or her teammate. That player then runs to the ball and brings it back. The first player who ran with the ball is given the hand off and runs back to the lone and the game continues as long as need be to determine a winner. The game can also be a time challenge for teams as well if there is one ball to use. Use a stopwatch and time each team and see how long it takes them to complete the game and the fastest team is the winner.
