Barbecue Best
A barbecue is a gathering of people who truly enjoy friendship, good times and—of course—great food. Lots of it! So why not transform a barbecue into a culinary competition? In the game Barbecue Best, each guest could make and present a dish that will be served up at that day’s barbecue. The host could judge dishes and award prizes for Most Tasty, Most Diverse, Most Creative, Hottest (always a consideration at a barbecue), Most Fun, etc. Make sure that each guest goes home with at least one prize, which could be a barbecue cookbook, a set of decorative meat skewers, a ‘how to barbecue’ book or DVD, a chef’s hat or apron, or any other sample of barbecue bounty.
