THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS DAY COIN GAME
For your next Administrative Professionals Day, a coin game would be a great distraction from the everyday workload. If you’ve ever played “How Many Beans?” this can be changed to fit the occasion for this special office celebration.
Have the boss, along with the rest of the management team, fill a large jar with coins and maybe even throw in a bill or two. Each of the administrative assistants in the office will have their turn guessing how much the coins make up in money. Each will need to submit an index card, or a piece of paper, stapled so that nobody else can see the guess. On it will be the name of the assistant, and how much he or she guesses is in the jar. At the end of the day, the winner with the closest dollar figure wins the jar.

Plan a full day with appetizers, a big feast and desserts. Make your own imprinted mini menus and give the invites the choice of picking their meal.
