PASS THE COIN GAME FOR PRESIDENTS DAY
For Presidents Day it would be fun, as well as educational, for kids to know who is on each of the coins of the United States. Bills can also be used for this game, of course.
In order to play the pass the coin game for Presidents Day, several coins must be available. When the game begins, they should be taped on a white board on the wall, but the front of the coin will be against the wall. Each child gets a turn guessing which president is on the other side of the coin or bill. Each correct answer is a winner and gets the coin. This can be done randomly, or the kids can write their answers on a sheet of paper and then turn them in. The one with the most correct answers, gets those coins.
